These sheets are manufactured using natural muscovite mica combined with a calculated ratio of resin in dense, compact and rigid plates by using the multiple hydraulic pressing technique under high temperature. These plates have high resistance to pressure and heat because of the natural cohesive forces present between the mica platelets and the intermolecular strength of the thermosetting binder. These fine quality sheets are applicable in yoke insulation, coil bottom & top insulation, coil inter-turn insulation, thermal and electrical insulation at multiple places for induction machines.
